Cancer Myths
I was reading the news today, and came across a
study of cancer myths that people believe. The second most common myth is
that there is already a cure for cancer, but it is being withheld to boost
profits. The logical part of me says this is an absurd idea, but the other part
of me says that given the evilness of big drug companies, I could imagine a big
company like Merck
doing something like holding back a cancer cure.
